These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReplyGuys and any related services provided by ReplyGuys ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Our Service provides automated ASCII poll chart generation for X (Twitter), analyzing replies to your posts to categorize responses and generate visual ASCII charts showing the distribution of opinions. ReplyGuysPoll uses AI to help creators understand what their audience thinks.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

You may connect your X (Twitter) account to access additional features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the authentication process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with X (Twitter) and other third-party platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect the functionality of our Service.

Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or malicious code that may be transmitted to or through the Service; (e) any errors or omissions in any content, including AI-generated content; (f) any actions taken based on insights or recommendations provided by the Service; or (g) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReplyGuys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
